Orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days in Cairo and Giza, and within 2 to 5 business days across the other governorates of Egypt. We send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Yes, shipping is free on all orders over EGP 2,000. Smaller orders ship for EGP 75 within Cairo and Giza, and EGP 120 to other governorates.

Abaya size is the length in inches from shoulder to floor. Size 52 fits 150–155 cm, 54 fits 155–160 cm, 56 fits 160–165 cm, 58 fits 165–170 cm and 60 fits 170 cm and above.

You can exchange or return within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is in its original condition, unworn and with its tags. Opened perfumes and bakhoor, and niqabs, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, Fawry and InstaPay, as well as cash on delivery across all governorates.

We recommend hand washing in cold water, or dry cleaning for embroidered pieces. Avoid wringing and iron on low heat from the inside. Care instructions are listed on every product.

Apply perfume to your pulse points after a shower while your skin is still slightly damp. Perfuming your clothes with bakhoor first helps the scent last all day. Store perfume away from heat and direct light.
