Shipping
- Cairo and Giza: 1 to 3 business days for EGP 75.
- Other governorates of Egypt: 2 to 5 business days for EGP 120.
- Free shipping on all orders over EGP 2,000.
- Orders are prepared within one business day, and we send tracking by email and SMS.
Exchanges & returns
- You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.
- Pieces must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Opened perfumes and bakhoor, and niqabs, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the item.
